All paint-by-number kits are made to order to ensure the highest quality and freshest paints possible.

Standard shipping typically arrives within:

• USA: 7–14 business days
• International: 15–20 business days depending on customs and local carriers

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

An estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes are often not possible. If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund whenever possible.

Please note that custom paint-by-number kits are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
