What Comes With Each Paint-By-Number Kit?

Each product comes with a reference guide photo, paint brushes, canvas, and paints. If you ordered a kit with a frame, you get a set of tacks and the frame (with the DIY frame) and if you purchase a ready framed kit, you get the canvas already mounted on the frame. How Do I Order a Custom Paint-By-Number Kit?

The Custom Paint-By-Number Kit is one of our top sellers. Getting your favorite photo is really easy to do. You simply upload your photo on the product page, add the product to your cart, and checkout. If you are going to purchase this kit, we highly recommend using an original source photo. For example, the original picture that you took with your phone camera will get you better photo detail. Pictures that are downloaded from social media will be compressed and will lack quality. Therefore, your custom paint by number kit will not be as detailed as it could be.

Will I run out of paint?

We have given you just the right amount of paint to get your project done and you will probably have some left over. You might want to consider saving your paints for future projects. Also, remember to use the brush head as much as possible so that you conserve the amount of paint that you have. 

I made a mistake. What do I do?

Even the greatest artists have made mistakes with their paints. All you have to do is wait for the paint to dry and then paint over the color with the correct one. Do not use paint thinner! 

What kind of paints come with the kit?

Some of the paints in your kit are oil and some are acrylic. Acrylic paints are best for kids who will be doing products. Oil paints are for more seasoned adult painters. Each product will indicate whether or not the paint is oil or acrylic. 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards. You will be directed to PayPal if you choose to use that payment gateway. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

You do not need to create an account with us in order to purchase a paint by numbers kit. 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States. We also ship worldwide, but charges may apply. 

How long will it take my order to ship?

We will be able to process most US orders within 15 to 20 days. Most international orders will take 20-30 days. 

Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my kit is damaged or has other issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What items cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you do exchanges?

In some situations, we do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email artistbynumber@gmail.com for further questions. 

What happens if a refund is approved?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Bank and PayPal Disputes

We are sorry that you are having issues with your product. We want to make sure we have every opportunity to help you make it right. Before issuing a bank or PayPal dispute, please reach out to us at artistbynumber@gmail.com. We always are able to help you make your product right. Disputes are harmful to both the customer and the retailer and make us have to charge more for our products.
