Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us for return authorization.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Incorrect due to our error

Customer-paid return shipping includes, but is not limited to:

• Accidental duplicate orders
• Ordering the wrong item
• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Refused deliveries
• Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Any other customer-related reason

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

Artist By Number is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Artist By Number is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping or return shipping costs.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has been received for processing.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at artistbynumber@gmail.com.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us evaluate the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products
• Used or opened paint kits
• Items that are not in their original condition or original packaging

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing artistbynumber@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page.

Orders are processed quickly, and after the 24-hour cancellation window, orders may already be in production or shipped. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests received after 24 hours can be accommodated.

If an order has already shipped, it must be handled through our standard return process.
